Buckwheat Honey is a dark honey and has a strong flavor that is quite unlike the milder wildflower and blueberry honey our hives produce. It’s flavour is reminiscent of molasses with earthy undertones and a lingering aftertaste. Not everyone’s cup of tea but having said that, it goes great in a cup of tea!
